DOTA (Defense of the Ancients)

DOTA is a custom game in Warcaft III: The Frozen Throne. I c

hose this topic because this is my favorite game. I've played DOTA for about 8 months.two teams of players against each other: the Sentinel and the Scourge. Players on the Sentinel team are based at the southwest corner of the map, and those on the Scourge team are based at the northeast corner. Each lane is defended by towers and a wave of creeps that comes every minute . In the main base there is a "Ancient" that the players have to destroy to win the game.

(Picture of the game.

Each player picks a hero and each hero has a unique abilities(Skills). There is a total of 90 heroes in the game. This game is hard to win by yourself. It's a game of teamwork. DOTA requires a lot of mind games.

How the economy and the power rates of saipan has effected me

The power rate has effected me a lot. One of the biggest impact was that the economy has effected me is that now we don't on the air con like we use to. Now days we only turn the air con on it when we sleep. The power rates have doubled. After the owner of CUC has changed. So that means that we have less money to use on other thing cause of the power bill. When we leave the house we turn of the lights. We use to leave at least one light on. Now days we don't eat a lot of chips that we use too and the ice cream that we use to eat. Well this is better for my health. Since the income of our family has drop I get lower allowance. This makes me spend less on school and other things. I don't go to the PC room as much as i used to. When I study it's hard to concentrate because it is hot. everyone is having a hard time now days. the economy effected all of the people in Saipan. The economy has started falling apart since the garment factories had left Saipan because the tariff was gone in the U.S.

First time on a new campus

When students attend a new school they will have many thoughts like I did when I first came to Saipan Southern High School. When I first got my schedule I was afraid that I will be the only Korean in my class. When I came to my first period I was like depressed that I was the only Korean in that class. I waited for a long time for first period to end. Then I met a Korean named Yoon Ki Kim in Mr. Turrbit's class. We talked and got to know each other. We had the same 3rd period Algebra I. After 3rd period we had lunch. As I met my friends and talked how I’m excited time just past by. I met Joseph on 4th period PE. I enjoyed P.E. and that’s how my first day of school ended.

On my freshmen year I learned a lot. The most important thing I learned was that in life there is no going back no matter what happens. From this lesson i tried to work hard on everything i did. I felt like High School was a big wall and I need to get over the wall. I've also learned that there is nothing impossible if you try hard enough. Well, time goes by so fast. Yesterday felt like the beginning of school, but it's already the end of the school year!

U.S PUBLIC DEBT

I found number 50 the most interesting one . The question is what is the overall national deficit of the United States? How much does this amount to per person? How much of the U.S. budget goes toward paying interest on the debt? Who will most likely hold the financial burden of this debt and why?

The U.S. is in dept of 9.5 trillion dollars. For every individual they hold about $31, 000. I think that our generation and the next generation will be paying for the debt. Because the people right now are making more dept and they will retire. The finanacial burden of this debt will our generation. because the government people will retire and people who will replace them is our generation

I found this part of the reaseacrh most interesting because i wanted to know what cause the U.S to be in so much debt. I foud out that most of the debt is coming from the Iraq war.

Have you ever borrow money? If do how much
